couple gear questions

I been putting off checking what gears my jeep has and if I did it right acter googling it if i lift one tire I do two full tire rotations for my ratio and it turned 3 and 3/4 times so I'd have the stock 3.73s and it could use more power with my 33s  

My first question is did I do it right seems like it but ya never know
When I had both tires off the ground and spun one tire the other went the other way but the drive shaft would turn and stop turn and stop is that normal? That's the second and third is the charts say to get 4.27s but as far as I know u get 4.10 or 4.56 with jeeps axles I'm pretty sure 4.10s r the way to go but just wana make sure it'll keep my jeep moving when i hit hills on the highway and freeway
I have the 4.0 with 5 speed Dana 44 rear 30 front  

4:10's work great with 33's
