I am disappointed. I purchased the yearly subscription from the iPad app and when I go to download the magazine it says buy, not download like all my other iPad magazines. The worst part was the customer service at JP. I entered the app support page from the app store which brought me to JP website. I ask how to download the mag without being charged for the individual mag when I already bought the subscription and this was the response:

            Thank you for contacting JP Magazine email customer service. Due to your subscription being a in-app purchase through iTunes, you will be required to contact iTunes support directly for further assistance. We do apologize about any inconvenience this may cause.

The app is from JP and the app support from inside iTunes directs me back to JP, so what gives.    I love the magazine and have subscribed for a long time both print and digital. This kind of response is disappointing to say the least. If anyone can help I surely would appreciate it. Thanks

That was a glitch. A few subscribers contacted us and we were able to get it straightened out the same day. Should be up and running now.

It did work for August, now same problem with the new issue. I tried reinstalling the app and restoring the previously purchased and still nothing. Is there a certain time period that we have to wait in order to download it? Please Help!    I miss my JP.
