lift kit and tires for a 2012 jeep sahara unlimited

I just bought  a 2012 jeep unlimited and want to put a 3.5 lift on it with 35 x 12.50 x 18  tires and time on it, any suggestions on parts. And what will this do to my warrantee, void just the suspension or the whole thing. I will probably not do any rock crawling with this jeep for quite a while,since I live near Atlantic City, I just want it to LOOK real nice and be able to drive it on the road and sand with ease and not have handling issues. Any help apprietiated.  

I'd guess they would void the warranty unless they did the work on it  

A nd if you think about it, who will do a better job a dealer that does this once in a blue moon or someone who does it every day. Also they do it at 3 times the cost to me and probably outsource it the place I was going to anyway.  

I'd think that if the dealer wanted to they could void the warranty on everything from the engine to the axles. I know some are better than others, and some like to be difficult. Just my 2¢

Well its done. Window tint, 3.5 lift, and 35in 12.50 nitto trail grabber tires on 18 inch XD rims. Can't post a photo from phone will try later.  

Did you happen to  use the AEV  3.5" lift  kit  ?   After  tons  of  research  it  seems  to  be  the  best of  both worlds. Also  alot  of  there products  are  being  used  on  mw3  cod  and  now  the  newer moab.  Very stout  product  you  get  what  you  pay  for .   goodluck
