Need advice in purchasing a 2010 JK Unlimited Sahara

I am looking into purchasing a 2010 jk Unlimited Sahara.
It has 20K miles, it's a stick, has new rubber, & it's a Hard-top.

Is there any advice anyone can offer for me to be on the look-out for?
problem areas, abusive wear, engine noise.....whatever ya got, let me have it.

*** I also am planning to do some mods to it once it gets home...
suspension lift, brush-bar, O.R.-lights, intake/exhaust mods, chip or "carputer"...
let me have whatever idea you have tried that have worked-out best for this yr Jeep.

P.P.S.; I just read the whole list of things to look for in buying a used Jp.
It's a great wealth of information and hopefully all the gremlins have stayed
away from the one I'm looking at.... but I fear I will find something wrong the
deeper I dig into it.

*Maybe I should just stick to my original plan and buy a New '12 that I have to
wait 6-8 weeks for to be built.... seems no one out there has a New '12 unlimited 4dr,
hardtop, stick with 3.73 gears in it... everything now is automatic with the 3.21 ratio in it....

I wonder how much it would cost to resurrect my 'ol '93 YJ that's melting into my
driveway....  

buy the 12 no exceptions!!!!!! go drive one you'll see why!!  

I have decided to go for the new Jeep.
There were just too many unanswered questions, pushing me to not purchase
the 2010 Sahara. The main Difference being the price. The actual price of the '10
turned out to be 23K. The New '12 looks like it'll be only 25-26K. for the difference
of only 2-3K and so many more pluses for the '12, I have chosen to go with the '12.
