What axles fit under the TJ as in D44's I hear a lot about the Honda Passport and a waggy front is a good swap and finding old Bronco parts around here is almost impossible I have 60.5 WMS width now and would like to keep that and the 5 on 4.5 if possible I really want to yank the stockers out with 3.07 airplane gears and put something a lot more stout in there

If you want the stock width and the 5-on-4.5 lug pattern your only option is a pair of TJ Dana 44s. Or an 8.8 Explorer rear (with wheel spacers) and a TJ Dana 44 front. The 5-on-4.5 lug pattern makes it tough.

I am not really worried too much about the bolt pattern but I want to keep the 15" wheel

If it were mine I'd go with the Honda Passport/Isuzu Rodeo rear and the '80-up non-vacuum disconnect Waggy front.

Well I went out and got a 95 rodeo rear D44 and the 82 (I believe it is an 82) front waggy non vac front where do I find the truss to go over the front pumpkin to weld a upper control arm to?

You should read these articles. Thats basically exactly what I did in my 98' TJ a few years back and covered in these two articles! I used Dynatrac brackets.
