Hello, long time subscriber...great job! Ok here is my issue: I have a 1983 cj7; i had a tranny leak and find out that it came from the shift lever seal. Took the links off replace the seal and put everything back on. The car started fine but when i put it into gear it shifts but it does not go anywhere. Seems that the gears do not engage. I thought the 4wheel drive was in neutral and it is not. It will stay in park and i can push it and it will move if i put into gear...but the gear itself wont engage regardless of which gear. I also noticed that 2 out of three wires connected to the neutral safety switch were cut off...so i spliced and reconnected.... still, the car seems to be in neutral at all times except when in park.....please help...what's up with it
