Well... my '94 YJ needs some serious hard core loving. None of this TLC crap. I think some heavy grinding is in order. The tub itself is salvageable this much I know... the floors under drivers and passengers side need new pans, but the main thing that worries me is the drivers side panel just under the JEEP logo. Major rust hole.
The floor I will weld shut with some sheet metal, I'm guessing the same for the side panel, just looking for some insight as to how I should begin, what problems any one else has encountered... I'd also like to keep the JEEP logo.. I thought of cutting it out and welding it back into place, but I'm not too sure about this.
I'll be using a MIG welder if that changes anything.
Any help would be great.
Thx.

media blast the effected area to find all the rust and remove it, you can sand blast but you have to be careful not to warp the metal, then stick with your current plan of a patch panel
Using the gas your hybrid saves!!
