I just put in a chevy 350 w/ 700 R trans in my 1991 jeep yj 2.5. I Installed chevy 1/2 ton axles with axle reversal kit, 4 inch lift springs and 2 inch lift shackles with 35 inch boggers, It sits about 16 inches taller than stock. Does anyone know what angle You can run a carburated SBC at before you will starve the front cylinders of fuel? I used advanced adapters crossmember style motor mount so I cant drop the engine. Also angles for the rear driveshaft and rear diff would be very helpfull. thanks for any information I will be posting pictures soon.

Project Shiny Side Up    Thanks You

I don't think you'll be able to angle it enough to make a difference. Just make sure it fits clean. And make sure there is plenty of driveshaft angle left for the front. Tilting the engine back hurts the front driveline angle.
