I assume that you are talking about the front and rear spring to frame mounts where the spring shakles hook to the frame. Ues there should be rubber or polly shakle bushings at both the frame and spring end of the shakel.

I just finished a 57 cj5. New frame, springs and a fairly clean body. My jeep sits about 1/2 inch lower on the driverside as well. The only thing that I can figure is that I am usually in it alone so going down the road there is me (200 pounds) and 10 gallons of fuel (80 pounds) putting more wear on the driver side springs. I considered air shocks so I could adjust them to level the ride but was told they couldn't be installed in the front. I haven't found a solution yet. Good luck, Dan
