NO. 31's at full stuff will eat into the fender flares. It is not major however you will notice this happening.

Maybe add a mild shackle lift to help with flex etc.
96 grand,3.5 Tuff Country,3/4 spacers,rusty's trackbar and mount,dual stabilizers,JCR rock sliders, Dynomax catback etc etc.

If you check the article on the jpmagazine.com home page titled "What Fits" it will tell you what tire sizes fit any jeep and how much to lift your jeep for bigger tires.
