they will fit, will rub in the rear, but the front will be fine.you should get 2 inch lift shackles just to be safe, they are cheap and easy to install.

the stock flares would be fine.its up to you if you want new ones, the shackles you can get from nates 4x4 out of michigan,he also sells them on ebay.and its not hard at all if you have the right tools and a good place to do it.you will need a floor jack, and an impact wrench if handy otherwise regular hand tools, and couple of hours, thats taking your time and breaks and what not.

no,i ran 31's on my stock yj for years,i didnt care about the rubbing off-road and the only part that did was the rear,on the yj's,the bigger tire you go the better ride you will get,to an extent that is.but everything will still be in good standing, the only time you have to mess with anything on them is if you do a full 3 to 4 inch and up suspension lift.are you gonna go off road alot?if you already have them i would just go ahead and put them on,only under flex will it rub, atleast mine did and i had a 95 rio grande.

i cant remember the tire size when its 245-75,are they the mt/r's that came on the rubicon,if they are the are just under 31 inches,i ran a true 31 inch and no shackle lift and was fine.you should be fine just putting them on,but if you are worried about the flares, then the shackles will help.there are 2 up front, and 2 in the rear.and they are on the front of the front leaves, and rear of the rear leaves,so you wont have to crawl under too much.its real easy to put them on,if you have rust there though,or either way to save time and getting pi$$ed,spray them down with pb blaster before you start the switch.the day before and then right before you do it,helps alot.but i would just go ahead and put them on and see if you have any rubbing stock,i had very little and that was on the trail.
