Ok so I am fairly new so bare with me. My problem is that on my 94 cherokee the passenger side front floor board is constantly wet (nice swampy smell to the jeep now) and I figured it was caused by the a/c but not sure why. Any ideas? I know on the ac ducting it seems to build up alot of condensation inside the vehicle. Any help would be appriciated.

Check to make sure the drain tube under the evaporator is not clogged. If it is just take a compressor and blow air through it and viola! Also make sure it's not aantifreeze and water dripping because your heater coil is right there as well.

It is up behind the glove box. I would highly recommend the purchase of a Haynes or Chilton manual. They can be invaluable to someone with limited experience. I have been a mechanic for several years and still use mine from time to time. If it turns out to be the heater coil you will have to discharge the A/C system to remove it. Good Luck.

PS You need to get that freeze plug fixed. If it blows out totally you will be calling a tow truck and the part is less than a dollar!

LOL dumb dumb me took the the chiltons out from under my jeeps back seat and it got packed so its willard in my fiancees dads shed (atleast I don't think its in a box here I've but can't find. As far as the freeze plug goes I'm still not entirely sure its that and not the overflow bottle the level in the bottle appears to have also stopped dropping so I have no idea whats going on. Do you know if there is any freeze plugs on the side of the block? the only one I know exactly where it is is on the back of the head because I had to replace one on my dads cherokee in high school which was a pain in the ass. Anyways the more input the better so what ever you can tell me will be of great help
Build it, run it, break it, fix it, repeat as needed
