I have a 1995 jeep cherokee sport.
it has the 4.o ho moter in it. i need to know what the cid is on and the transfer case modle pluse the front and rear axles are it is stock and i bought it used for my wife.want to do some up grad's on it but can't find any info on what the spects are on this thing.Can anybody help please.

Take it in to your local Chrysler dealer.
They can print you a 'spec sheet' using the VIN.
Keep in mind that any modifications after the jeep was built will not be included. The dealer that sold my jeep put 30's on it, but i didn't get the diff gearing that normally comes with those.
