i have a 68 cj5 with 225 v6. i am trying to put in a t150 tranny out of a 77 cj7. will my clutch fork from the 68 work on the throw out bearing for the t150. if not what clutch fork do i need to use.

The input shaft diameter/spline count will be the same on the T150 and the original T14A. It might work if you remove the adapter, and drill/tap the original Jeep bell. As for the fork it should work. You may need to try different TO bearing lengths.  


The T150 really isn't worth the time and effort you're going to put into this. You should locate a T14A that was original to the V6. If you're going to do any offroading,  go with an SM420, or a T18.
