ok so i was pulling out my bosses ford (long story) and i kept on killing it in high so i put it in low, it still wouldnt budge so i got allitle slack and jerkerd it a couple of times then just let the skinny pedal do the work, well on the way home i noticed that the clutch pedal wasnt "poping" back up like it normally does, then a few stop signs later i noticed it was stalling/ bogging down the moter, you know like taking off with out giving it enough gas, or tryig to start out in 2nd gear from a stand still, then even farther down the road while coasting in newtral i noticed a squcking /chiping noise, but it seamed like it allso did this with out the moter running(while coasting)
well i allready cheacked the ring and pinion, and the inspection plate, and didnt find any metal bits, but this weekend im going to go to my dads shop and take the bellhousing apart, so does any one know what i should be looking for?

Sounds like you're already there. If you're opening the bellhousing up, you'll see what it needs. Any bets on the throwout bearing?

ok found part of the proplem. i ripped off the rear moter mount, but the throw out spring(?) is also gone.
i also forgot mention i also caught some air on the way out of the off road area, which most likely contributed to some of this but always rember
Wrench,Wheel,Wreck,...repeat

Well, I knew you'd find the problem if you went into the bellhousing. How much air did you catch? Lose any fillings on re-entry? Good luck with the repair!
