Hello, I need a little help in figuring out a problem i am having.  I just had my transmission replaced by a local shop in my 91 Wrangler-Automatic-4.0.  After they replaced it , i am now experiencing a pretty extravegant vibration when in Reverse and Drive and also when i am taking off from a stop.  It doesn't vibrate when in park and neutral though.  This vibration is coming from the front end of the jeep and sort of comes and go's very quickly.. but is always shaking and vibrating.  I didn't have this problem before i took it in to this shop.  They now tell me it's my exhaust , oh and a few new ones..  body mounts, and radiator fan.   I have also taken it to a jeep dealership and they said something that it was the exhaust also.. but i had the exhaust fixed up and it still has the same problem.  I can pretty much rule out the trans mount. since i replaced that about 2 years ago.. and for some reason the trans shop thought it was that and turns out it wasn't.   any HELP would be appreciated here..

Thanks!

If you have a part time transfer case,  pull the front drive line, drive it and see if the viberation goes away. If not, put the front shaft back in, pull the rear and put it in four wheel high and try again. If the viberation is still there then maby,Just maby the shop messed somthing up. Fixing one problem some times brings up other neglected issues. Good Luck
