I have a 95 with 3" suspension. I just picked up my jeep from the shop after a new install of a Super 35 and Detroit locker. All I can say is *** Ouch!!!! I guess its only fair that after running 33's for 60K on stock 35, something finally had to give. On top of that, I found that my radiator is rotted, water pump is starting to leak and, break and power steering fluid is bad. Ahhhh, the joys of owning a toy, except the toy is my daily driver.
After I fix all the other problems, I'm looking at a new supsension set up. I have bent my front springs about 90 degrees from shackle to axle...twice. Oops! Front is fine now. But I have also bent one of the rear springs 'somehow'...
I can't say that I've really babied my jeep but I also think that having more articulation would solve my problem of bending whatever.
What about SPOA's??? Does anyone have any advice??
Thanks and happy cost free jeepin!!!

I have SPOA on my '90 and it is great. However just make sure you dont use any lift blocks. You will run into axle wrap and start breaking things all over, I know it happened to me.
A good set of spring mounted flat to the axle mounts is all you need. A great after market kit would make it all the better.
Good luck.

i beleive it is 'spring over axel'. this is the process of moving your leaf springs ontop of the axels to gain lift. Pete
