Just finished installing a Warn full floating rear axle kit with locking hubs. Everything appeared to go well with the install.

I now have both axle shafts locked and I have removed the Dif. Cover I can spin either wheel, and nothing turns inside. I am at a total loss. Is there any trick to trouble shooting a locking hub? I am convinced it’s the hub because I drove the jeep into the garage prior to this upgrade.

Also according to the instruction if the hub’s are properly engaged and it’s an open dif. If one tire is forward the opposite tire will rotate backwards
