How complicated would it be to put 4WD into a 2WD 1961 Willys Wagon?

pretty complicated, but i think i would find a good donor vehicle and swap every thing out. welding skills would be needed, though. anyone else got any ideas? Hey you, I'm into Jesus

Thanks, I think that answers my question. I found the Willys Wagon and they are asking $800. It is in fairly good condition for something that has been sitting for a few years, but I don't want to get into anything too involved. I am into Jesus too. I am pastor of an independent, non-denominational church in upstate NY.
