you'll need either an adjustable fuel pressure regulator or slightly bigger fuel injectors. You'll need these because with the bigger throttle body you'll be taking in more air making you run lean. The adjustable fuel pressure reglator or bigger fuel injectors will fix this. If you get the pressure regulator you'll need to get a pressure gage to mount in-line so you can tell what pressure you had to start with and so you can tell how much you're adjusting it. If your fuel pump is a set pressure pump you might have to get a new pump also.

you dont need all that junk to just run the bigger throttle body.maybe on the 91 to 95 models, but on a tj its fine.it starts out at 62mm at the top and tapers down to 58mm at the bottom.they just bore it out so its the same all the way through.all it does it pull more air through for a little more hp.the rubicon express one is over priced, search around ,there is a dealer that sells them for 125 plus exchange.cant remember who it is though, small time 4x4 shop

You're probably right. Most of the work I've done on Jeeps was to a '91 and '93. I haven't had the chance to tear into the engine of my '05 yet.
