YJ's didnt have many options when it comes to what axles came from the factory.  Its pretty definate that its going to have a D30 front and a D35c rear. Unless youre outside of the US, for some reason YJ's outside of the US sometimes have a 44 in the rear.

If its a 4.0, check to see if the rear main seal's leaking, thats a pretty common probelm (and a pretty easy fix really).   If its got a manual transmission pay close attention to how smoothly it shifts.  The 1995 had an AX-15 in the 6 cyl and an AX-5 in the 4cyl. Both of which have synchro problems if they arent looked after.  It cant hurt to take a good look at the radiator too.  Mine was a big clogged up when i got it (a 1992 4.0) and eventually restricted flow enough that i had to replace it.

well, if its in decent shape, and really does have low miles, and all of the things we mentioned so far check out, under 4 grand would be a deal.
