I just had 4 BF Goodrich 31x10.50.15 put on the Jeep. Looks a LOT better than the panzie a$$ 225's that were on there. I plan on putting the Teraflex 2" coil lift on this weekend and my question is will I have to get it realigned? and why?
thanks

Wehnever you change the the steering geometry by installing a lift you need an alignment. When I put a coil spacer lift on my 04 Rubicon it changed the front and rear. after a 4 wheel alignment everything was straight and the Jeep tracked streight down the road.

I have a 00' Sahara that I installed a 2" Explorer Pro Comp on & 31x10.5's on & the only time I rub is @ full turn of the wheel either to the left or right. Anytime you change a tire size it is common sense to get an alignment if not you will be buying a new set of tires within a year. Changing a tire size throw's off the camber & caster angles & will chew up tires in no time @ all

I have a 97 TJ and am thinking about purchasing a 2'' Pro Comp lift kit. Did you install the kit yourself? Do you have the ES600 shocks that come with the kit? How does the jeep ride with the kit installed? You mentioned with the 31x10.5 you rub at full turn, do you have the tires on stock rims? I was thinking about putting 32x11.5 BFG A/T's on, but I will probably have to get new wheels with the right backspacing. Any advice would be appreciated
