ive got an 85 xj with a pitiful 2.5 i was wondering if anyone out there had any input on a basic motor drivetrain swap that will turn over 33 s on the highway and pull at least 70 or just at least im not left behind in dust running just 31s with a 4 1/2 in lift just looking for something not to hard to do and not hard on the budget any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  

I believe the GM 2.8 V6 was an option for that machine. a 3.4 is a bolt in replacement for the 2.8
