Spacers or Springs?

I just got a 03' TJ,  I'm having trouble deciding what kind of lift I should get.  I just want to clear 33's,  I don't plan going off-roading that much but I don't want to rub when I do go.

Should I go with a 2 inch coil spacer kit and a 1' body be good enough or should I just go with a 3 1/2 inch suspension lift?

Thanks for the input.

I think it all comes down to what you can aford and how much hard wheeling you'd do. For just around town the spacer's should be fine.

spacers maintain a factory ride, and if offroad performance is not important why spend the hard earned $
