In my xj the seat is worn out and the bracket is broken. I have found a new seat in JC whitney, the garage pro reclining raceing seat. It says it will fit my jeep. this seat does not come with a mounting bracket. I have a friend that has a thrashed 94 cherokee. ( it landed on its side aginst a telephone pole) the driver's seat bracket is intackt. will this bracket work with my jeep, it is a 96. Also in the instructions for the seat it says, that a bracket with a 13 5/8" bolt hole to bolt hole bracket is needed. since the parts jeep is over an hour away. I was hoping some one could tell me if, this will meet the requirments of the specified seat.
