After installing 2" coil spacer kit i had to install a trasnfer case lowering kit. Got the drive shaft wobble out but at 45-50mph I get a side to side wobble in the steering wheel. then at 70 it shakes like the fenders are be slammed by the tires. I did have it aligned but it feels like it came out of alignment sort of. I do notice that when the gas is full it wobbles the most, when it is around a quarter tank it goes away. Is it in the caster or something? When the tank is full it squats alittle in the rear and when it it low it sits a litter higher in the rear and does not shake.

Did you install a adjustable front tack bar? What year is your jeep? Is it a Wrangler , XJ,ZJ or WJ? Did you have a shop install the lift? Did you have a 4 wheel alignment?

i had the same thing happen when i added a 2 inch budjet boost before i added my 6 inch lift, i replaced the front trac bar bushing and the wobble went away, i eventually replaced the trac bar with an adjustable one when i put the taller lift on wich helped with my alignment

Sorry, it is a 2006 Wrangler X. I had a 2 wheel alignment I didn't think you could do a 4 wheel since there are no adjustments in the rear that i see. I think, after doing some research, I need to get lower control arms that are adjustable to bring some caster back in the game. I love Jeeps and I know from having an old one they are not going to ride like a conventional SUV, BUT with the new suspension they have it should not be this uncomfortable. I did a lift on an 97 F250 diesel and all I did after the install was an alignment. Never touched anything again in 7 years except tire rotation and balance!. I just would like to go down the road and not feel like the son of a gun is going to come apart on me!!!
