I have fixed my exhaust manifold (due to cracks at the joint) twice in the last 5 years. I know that this is a normal problem for Jeep exhaust manifolds but does twice in 5 yrs mean that something else is wrong. What do you think?

no its normal for them to crack, a header may fix the problem, just get one with a thick flange
