How large of an event does it have to be to get JP to cover it?

Our club is planning a smaller scale "Camp Jeep" kind of event next year. Prob. summer. It will be held in Northern Kentucky. This will be a weekend event. 2000 plus acres of trails from mild to very, very wild. Jeep playground, vendors, live music etc. We plan on having 500 -1000 Jeeps. So what do I need to do and would you help us out? The name of the event is in the works. Jeep will also be a sponsor.

It's not really about how big the event is. Sometimes we cover small events. It's more about what's there that we think readers would be interested in and if we're available. You have to figure there is only three of us on staff at Jp and there are numerous events every weekend that we miss. We do our best to try and at least hit the biggies; Desert Safari, Easter Jeep Safari, PA Jeep Show and so on. But if you have an event planed, send us info we can at least run in our events calendar. Email event and contact info we can print to john.cappa@jpmagazine.com.
