I raised my '98 TJ four inches and now I'm getting lots of opposing drivers flipping (their headlights) at me. How do you adjust the lights?

take the bezels off the lights, and you will see some small torx bolts, they are what moves them up,down,left, and right  
"WHEN IN DOUBT TACH IT OUT!"
