I know there are obisly things that would need to be changed to make it work but i was wondering if any body has done this and what exactly did they have to do to make everything work properly1???? thanks for the input

depends on the coil spacers. brake lines for one, would need to be addressed. driveshafts. you mite be able to drop the T case to help with that. just to name some.

i understand the basic things that would need to be done like drop pitman arm... slip yoke elemiator....brake lines... and such i was more wondering if it reallly messes with the stearing and driveabilty of the vehcile...

i dont think so. you have an adjustable track bar? adjustment may be needed. i dont think and alignment will be neccessary since you should not have mess with steering components. it mite feel a little more tipsy..... but thats all i can think of.
