would i need to do anything to the drivetrain like SYE or transfer case dropkit, motor mount lift with this kind of lift? if yes, if i do just the suspension lift can i leave the drive train alone?  

FINALLY, how difficult is it to install a transfer case drop?

i got that same exact suspension/body lift height on mine, and all i was recommended to do was to get a motor mount lift.
my tj rides just fine, i have absolutely no complaints.
sorry i can't answer your other questions, i'm just not experienced enough and i don't wanna give out misleading info!
