Jeep has been running great lately. While driving to work today when i went to shift the clutch had absolutely so pedal at all. The good thing was I only had 3 redlights to have to pass through while basically slam shifting. I know its not good, but it got me here. Once I clocked in... I gave it a closer look and just felt it out and listened without all the road noise. There are no strange sounds coming from anywhere. Took a boot off and put my foot into the clutch and noticed that it felt like something was tapping on it, what ever it was went along with the tach readings. rpms went higher, tapping got faster. same with lowering rpms back down. I just had the clutch replaced about 20K  miles ago. Please tell me this is an easy fix, if it is not I will be stuck at work for a couple of days. I do have a bed and TV here, gotta love working on the ambulance. If anyone can tell me where I need to go from here I would greatly appreciate it.

So far I have checked the fluid level, FULL. after this with the motor killed I tried to push clutch and it felt like there was a brick under the pedal. Please Please Please help, I have no wheels right now because the clutch on my motor cycle is being rebuilt as well. I dont drive either hard, it was just time to check the one on the bike out.

have pulled the cap, no air bubbles.  Pulled the slave cylinder, while not hooked up it pushes just as hard as it should. while slave cylinder was off, tried to push the throwout lever with extension, no movement, stiff as a solid concrete wall.
