P205/75R15 to 31's milage and spedo question

so i have these 31 inch tires and my jeep came stock with P205/75R15 so im wondering how off my spedo and mileage is from the change cause i have tuned up my jeep, plugs wires filters and all those other things and it still says im getting around 11mpg with my 4 banger and my buddy was driving behind me one day and when we met up he told me i was speeding but my spedo said 55 and i wana know what i have to do to make my spedo and milage accurate again with the 31's?

well i looked some stuff up and it seems i need a 35tooth spedo gear to correct my mph, but now im curious about what else is off because the bigger tires and if this spedo gear will fix whatever else if off and if not what will correct the other things that may be off
