Hey gang I am in desperate need of some help with finding a main drive gear for the T-90 tranny and it needs to be 9 1/8" long with a 16 tooth count. I am trying to do my engine conversion from the old F head to the 231 Buick V6 and I need the distance to get through the adaptor and bellhousing.  As you well know this conversion has been done before but everyone I talk to says that you have to change out your cluster gears to do this. But if I do that then my gear ratio will go from 3.44 to 2.56 "comming from Advanced adaptors", but if I can find this shaft I don't have to. I guess this shaft came from the jeepsters and commanders 1961 and older. I don't have a lot of cash but if someone could help out that would be awsome.

you may have to put in the spacer plate like i used on my old 64' gladiator. it allows you to use the standard 11 1/2" shaft that is easy to find. and it won't change the gear ratios like what advanced adaptors is suggesting. the spacer doesn't cost much either.
