Front Wheel Bounce

I have a 2002 Rubicon and at speeds above 35 I will get extreme wheel hop from my front end which will cause me to slow way down to get it to stop before I bounce off the road.  I have replaced all shocks, balanced the tires and made sure everything was tight underneath the front end.  I rotated tires from front to rear and it got worse.  Everything suspension wise is completely stock to include the tires and wheels except for the ES9000 Pro Comp Shocks (1 month old).  I also have a co-worker that is experiencing the same problems with the same make and model and the only difference is that he has a 4 inch lift with 285/75-16 muds with stock tires.  Help before I get rid of this thing.

How's the outside edge of the tires? Are they cupped? If so that could be part of the problem.

Tires are good.  Some normal wear but nothing that stands out.  I have played with different tire preasure and the only difference is if I crank the preasure up higher it gets worse.  This is my 4th Jeep from a CJ2A, CJ7, and a Grand and this is the only one giving me problems.

When you say "bounce" do you mean the Jeep is moving up and down? Or do you mean "death wobble"? With death wobble the steering wheel and the front-end is moving back and forth violently.

The sway bar is connected and the steering wheel and the whole front end bounce everywhere.  Sideways, up and down you name it.  i don't know how to fix a stock Rubicon with only 26,000 miles on it.
