how to 1999 xj aw4 to ax15 swap ?

Hello i have a 99 xj 4.0 aw4 4.5" rough country lift. I recently picked up a 93 xj with the 4.0 and a ax15. What is needed to swap the transmission into the 1999. I already know that the trans and shafts will swap in but eliminating the factory transmission module and making the wiring harness work are what i need to know about. Any help would be appreciated.

come on somebody has to have done this swap before. Any body remember what was involved?

why? the aw4 is one of the best solid jeep tranmissions out there.
