97 wrangler low power

I have a 97 wrangler with a 4.0 straight 6cyl with 178k truck runs good except evry now and then it will loose power it start missing but it does not stalled. but after a few min the miss goes away and the truck runs good I have change plugs,wires and coil. if anybody has any idea what the problem might be please let me know
