2000 Wrangler. Take it through the car was, no problems. Leave it parked in the driveway (nose up/slight incline) I'm getting water pooling on the passenger side floor after a rain shower. Also getting a little puddle in the rear cargo tray. could the front leak be from water pooling/coming in the hood vent area?

Some information that might be helpful, for someone that might have more info than myself. What type of doors? i.e. full doors, half doors, soft doors. What type of top? Soft top or hardtop.
Not to sure where the leak is in the front however on my hardtop I need to replace the seal under the hardtop to the body because it allows water in at the so called trunk if parked nose up.

Full steel doors, factory hard top. The funny part is, it looks like water is hitting the top of the front floor mat (under the dash) and running down, pooing in the floor mat. Last night I parked nose down in the driveway.

you could be leaking from your heater core

more than likely, you got water coming in from the fresh air vent. the best way to permanantly fix this is to remove the rubber pinch hose at the bottom of the housing. open your hood, on the fire wall, directly under the vent you'll see the plastic housing box. what ya gotta do is get a long screw driver and push off the rubber hose thing at the bottom of the box. it should have a pinch clamp on it, it's in a spot that's a real bear to get at by hand. i took the one off of my wifes tj and haven't had any issues. i don't have any pix of this, but i could get one if you need it.

I think I know what you're talking about. The plastic housing on mine seems to fit pretty loosely to the body. Until I get to the bottom of it, I've been parking nose down in the driveway.

Update. Parking nose down doesn't help. Still getting water. Real foggy damp night the other night, came out earlier than usual, a ton of condensation on the inside of hard top. What the heck? Dripping on me as I drive. could be part of the problem. Once I get my soft top, I'm pulling the carpet and Herculining the floor. Line X guy wants almost $600 and keep the jeep for a week, that's with me removing all the seats and carpet!

A friend of mine's jeep leaks at the seal under the windshield frame. I believe it's called a cowl seal. (Where the windshield folds) Anyways it leaked on him onto his legs while driving down the road.

yep, that's another possibility. you can get those from quadratec or 4wd hardware. you mentioned a hard top, i was thinking if you had a soft top with the half doors, water might of been getting in around where the skins meet with the windshield/body area. i don't know how well that area seals with full doors, but you might wanna check there too, if theres a gap in the corner where the windshield, cowl and door junction together. a little piece if sticky window foam insulation works for filling that gap

I have a '97 TJ with soft top/ half doors, when it rains I have to take the top door halves off and drain the water that leaks in through the zipper, into the flap that folds up from the bottom of the window and velcros. Nice little water pocket there. Thinking to try waxing my zipper...just for something to try...lol.

The water may be coming from where the A/C condensation is supposed to drip out the firewall on the passenger side. There's a short (about 1.5 inch) plastic tube that passes through the firewall, near the blower motor, surrounded by a foam seal that gets dry rotted out. Some silicone caulk should fix it just fine. I went so far as to add a section of extra rubber hose to the small tube so A/C condensation wouldn't run down the side and back into the jeep.

Jeep has a tech service bulletin about this. Which pretty much is what you've done except they put an L shaped hose at the end of the tube so that it points straight down.
