I bought and fitted a RC 2.5 progressive spring lift with Performance 2.2 shocks.

But the shocks were too long (especially the rear ones) so they sent me a new set of shocks which I fitted today.

The front ones are the same length and the rear ones 1/2 inch shorter. Anyway I replaced the whole lot and it made a huge difference to how my Jeep rides. The ride was very bouncy with the old ones and with the new ones it's very nice and smooth. Very good for road use. Don't know what changes they made to their shock but I'm very pleased with the new ones.

Never done or plan to do any off-roading so can't help you there.
