I recently replace the Tranny in my 98 Cherokee sport 4.0.,  I am now eceiving eror codes and cannot determine what sensor or sensors are bad or what this actual problem is. Error codes are:

P0705,P0753,P0700,P0715,P0751

Any help will be very welcomed....

Where did you get the trans from? Sounds like the one you put in has a whole host of problems.

If it's a new transmission I would take it back to where you got it, drive it there if you can. If it's junk yard, sounds like you picked a bad one. If it drives, I would take it to a place like Aamco and see what they think.

Are you sure you got all the sensors plugged back in? Is the trans from the same year Jeep? Same trans? Did you swap a manual in for an auto?

--Supposed to be the same year Tranny--
--Automatic to automatic
--did get it from a junk yard several months ago so no taking back.
--Thought all the sensors are back in but will recheck-again :-)

Thanks for your help!
BTW this site is GREAT!!
