I have a 99 TJ with 4" lift. Currently running 33's not sure of the wheel size yet. I want to get all new rims and tires. I want to stay with 33's right now but in the near future upgrade to 35's What size wheels would be the best to run. 15" or 16" and how wide. Also how much back spacing should I be looking at. As soon as I get enough money I will be upgrading the suspension to probably a 7" suspension lift with a 1" body lift. I will also be stretching the wheel base.

15x8 for the wheel with a 3.75" backspace. That's what I would do anyway.

Why a 7" lift? What's wrong with the four?

Your jeep will be best with 15x8 for the wheel with a 3.75 backspace. And unless you are lifting it for looks then 7" is a little much. You can fit 35's under a jeep with a 4" lift if you just add a 1" body lift or even better add a highline fender kit, which is the best option because its best to keep you center of gravity low.

The reason I want to go with seven inches is because I will be taking it out to MOAB and the Rubicon and many other places. Rock Krawler coil over suspensions are 7 in" and there is also the complete coil over system by gen right. I will also be stretching the wheel base to 100" to take care of raising it that high. Is it not worth raising it that high.

In some places the height works for you because you will not get high centered on the transfer case skidplate, but in most instances that much lift will make your vehicle unstable on off camber situations and sidehills, which are quite common in Moab.

As mentioned above, you really don't need that much lift to run 35s.  Better to keep the center of gravity lower and the suspension geometry better as well.

Yeah after doing research I am not planning on doing that. I will probably go for a 2.5 to 3" lift and go with a body lift, mml. I know everybody recommends the OME 2.5" and I am also interested in the 3" flex by rock krawler.
