So I busted a rear brake line. I have to replace the entire brake line and the center hose assembly. Had to special order it and will be here Tuesday. I noticed while unhooking the brake lines that I had busted the rear upper control arm mount/ bracket completely from the frame. It is rusted out REAL bad. Is it worth trying to weld back on with some scab type plates or should I just get a whole new bracket? It is on the driver side. If I had to get a new one, where would I look? It is a 98 TJ with 4.0L, D35 rear.
I am awesome at breaking stuff....fixing it is another story!

Thanx Mud, Good info! I think it will make a great addition in the future. I can't afford the tummy tucker to go with it and I can't get a price on the anchor point kit. I was looking for a cheap and quick solution. I still need to drive this to and from work for a while and just thought it was rather dangerous to do so with that bracket busted. I will start saving for the slider, but I need to make it work until then. I was hoping that a new weld in bracket or a quick and dirty weld job on the old one would hold for a while. Where can I find a cheap weld in bracket...Rubicon express maybe????
