I was wondering if any one could tell me how hard it would be to turn my 2 wheel drive Comanche in to a 4x4... What all would I need to do this also?

It wouldn't be worth the effort. Sell it and buy a 4x4 Comanchee. I found 7 in my local Phoenix Craigslist for less than $2500. And they were all newer than '86.

1986 was the last year of the "worthless" Comanches. In '87 they got a real motor, a real transmission, and a real transfer case.
