Hi everyone.
So , I have a 1996 Grand Cherokee Limited with a 5.2 318 engine.
It is running O.K. for now except the odd oil pressure changes all the time.
A guy near me has a 1998 Grand with the 5.9 360 motor he's parting out.
I was thinking of buying the motor as a back up but since I'd have someone else doing the install I'd want to keep it simple. The harness and ecu come with the engine for 350 bucks.
I would think in my unknowing mind that this would be a direct bolt in with no mods needed but am unsure.
Anyone done this swap or know if it will take extra parts and effort ?
Any advice much appreciated.
