good deal. i'll check it out. just to let ya know, the area in altoona (if it's the one i think it is) is pretty rocky, the guys who ran it were in built up rigs. judging from the pix, a stock ride WILL see some major carnage.

Yeah, I have seen the pics. Most of our guys do pretty hardcore rocks. (most of them have lifted Jeeps with 35's and stuff) I have a 3" lift and 33s (on my Xterra....don't laugh!!!!) and stick to moderate rocks.

We were set up to go out there (it's called Rock Run) this pat october to check it out, but some of us had to back out and the rest didn't want to go without the first half.

Have you been to Rausch Creek out in Tremont??

The park near Altoona is called Rock Run. I don't know of any clubs out that way except for the Western PA Xterra Club.

How cool! I'm in York County. You'll have to come out with us sometime...either in your truck or ride along. There's always open seats.

I hear you with the cash problem. My better half got laid off a couple weeks ago. But we went this past weekend to Rausch. It was one of those "come hell or high water" things!

Look forward to seeing you on the forum!!!

We have monthly trail rides (skipping this month for a huge mod day at a friend's garage) and are planning some really cool events. We'd love to see you on the forum...and our rides are usually an entire weekend (we either camp or stay at the Econolodge) so come on out!!!
