Low Pro Danna 44 Diff Cover???

Ok guys i'm hoping this will be my last question for at least a couple months. Had some major binding in the front end, swaybar sliding around and tie rod rubbing everything. so far so good, purchased a new 1 1/4" big daddy tie rod, which is great solved a couple of binding problems with the good old angle grinder. BUT now my tie rod is to big and it rubs my SOLID Diff cover, im thinking of putting my oem one back on but i wanted the extra protection so can anyone tell me who makes a LOW PRO diff cover? the Solid sticks out about 3 1/4" and the OEM sticks out about 2 3/4" which is about what i need. and also what is the best weight gear oil for the factory gears and locker? i'm a believer in Royal purple... and about how much or just fill it all the way up???
Thanks to all who teach and all who are willing to learn....

dont know about the cvr but I use Lucas 75w90 synthetic gear lube and never fill the case up all the way!...youll blow gaskets out and seals out, and its kinda hard to fill all the way anyways w/the hole in the middle of the cvr...once it starts trickling out the hole stop and plug it off.

drill the arms, put some tapered inserts in and flip the rod to the top of the arms for a highclearance tie rod.

just to let you know i had to completely remove the drivers side sway bar mount and about 1/2" of the front of the coil spring base to get it to work, tomorrow will be fabing up a new sway bar mount, NEVER thought it would be that much fabing to install a bigger tie rod since i see them on everybodys jeeps

ok, here we go again, i have had the same problem not even sure if i have mentioned it before so .... when i turn right and only right i get some major metal on metal sound, (clank clank clank) only when i exel into it. i have been under my jeep more than i have been behind the wheel. i removed my track bar last night and have been looking for one of the 9th degree but no luck so far. i re tightened both ends b/c there was major slop and play, put on some antiseze and lock tight. how much play should i have with my control arms. ???? my drivers side is prety tight, on the passenger when i twist either bar it turns pretty easy, and makes the same clank sound but i cant see where it is rubbing so i am asuming it is in the bushings. does these mean my crontrol arms are to short or to long? or is my bushings bad, I HAVE ONLY PUT ABOUT 500 MILES OR LESS ON MY LIFT AND HAVE NOT PLAYED HARD AT ALL!!!! trying to get it right before my trip to Tenn this Christmas. let me know about the uploading pics to and i'll show you everything
instead of replacing my adjustable trac bar for a sold one, can i just weld the ends so it doesnt move anymore?
