anyone know where I can get the Coil Rail Replacement for my 2001 Jeep TJ? Is it a dealer part only? Help

haven't had to purchase on myself, I don't see why I'd be a dealer only part..
I find the article a little missleading there...
they are maintenance free and either work or don't
If it works leave it be, a new one wont work any better.
