Ok the prob check engine light and the airbag light comes on also the tach and the speedo stop working at the same time and the trip meter reads (no Bus) what could possibly be wrong  

ignition swith! next time it does this try wiggleing the switch forward and backward just a touch and see if it straightens out, if it does replace the switch, mine was doing the exact same thing,you will also notice the radio cutting off and the wipers will not function while under this condition
