my jeep will not crank. if I try to turn it over there is no response at all. not even a click from the starter. I no the the motor has power going to it, and all the gages and other things work fine. it just will not turn over or make a single sound. Is there an ignition fuse some where that I have over looked. please help. it is a 97 Jeep TJ buy the way...  

Short across the starter solinode terminals with a screw driver or remove the starter and take it up to the auto parts store and have them test it.
