1982 CJ8 4.2,T4,D300,BDS4.5,BFG MT KM 33X10.5X15,MC2100,4WD HEI,twin stick D300 HI/LO front,Rock Equipment drag link,tie rod,flip kit,Tom Woods Drive shafts,Mosser axles. What lockers should I get This is a budget build.

for real budget that rarely sees the hwy the lincoln works well on both ends, just run the front with only one hub locked in till ya need both... theres alway the detroit's or a spool... lockers other than selectables really stink on the hwy.

I don't think I will have this ready for the road for about 3 years. I was worried about welding to the carrier, once you weld it there in no going back. I have seen where you weld two teeth together on a spider gear so it has a little rotational movment, until it gets to the welded teeth. Would that work or is that pulling the pin from the grenade. Man my spelling sucks JOELO

ya weld up the valleys that aren't used and it'll move a little, I've done a few, they last a while. the beat way is to just weld the axle spiders to the carrier.
